Easterns® Master Registration
Report issues to your local District Director. Entry Deadline: Electronic or mail entries not received by ESA Central Headquarters on/or before midnight Wednesday, August 4, 2010, may be considered as a late paid alternate.
Eligibility: Certified district representatives who are members in good standing of the ESA through SEPTEMBER 30, 2010. A contestant applying for entry whose membership expires before September 30, 2010 must renew his or her membership with entry fee. Entry is open only to those competitors who are in full compliance with the ESA Competition Code (rev. Jan 1, 2006.)
Slotted & Alternates: All mailed entry checks will be deposited to allow time for checking clearing. CHQ will issue any refund due to a non-slotted competitor within 30 days from Monday, September 27, 2010.
NOTE: If your membership expires before September 30, 2010 please join on-line or fill out a membership form and attach a separate check for a membership with your entry.

Competitors are responsible for using the proper equipment and abiding by the ESA Rules of Competition. Competitors are responsible for schedule changes, as the posted schedule is always subject to change due to weather conditions. There will be no refunds to “no shows” in a posted heat. Competitors are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.

The ESA announces On-line Registration for The Easterns® through Active.com starting Thursday, July 1, 2010. This is an “Invitation Only” contest based on your ESA Regional Rankings. Slotted and Alternate rank competitors should sign up at this time. Deadline for entry is Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Please check the ESA Competition page for current information on this year’s Easterns®. Please proceed to http://www.active.com/Easterns® and enter the contest on-line. Please make sure you print all your Active.com pages for your reference and confirmation.
