The 2008 Southeast Regional Championship were held in New Smyrna Beach, Florida on April 12-14.  The waves stayed solid throughout most of the contest allowing the "Best of the Best" in each Southeast district a solid performance and a chance to advance to the USA Surfing Championships in August followed by The ESA Eastern Championships in September.
