ESA District Directors

Join our family as a volunteer district director, who are an integral part of the success of the ESA.  Leadership experience, organizational skills and basic financial tracking is necessary.  Sales and marketing experience is a plus.  This is an exciting, fun, non-paid volunteer position. Directors and family members receive ESA membership at no cost and discounts when registering for ESA local, regional and national events.  The ESA is a big surfing family and we want you to be a part of it to help grow your local district!  Please email your cover letter and resume to centralhq@surfesa.org.

Social Media Intern/Volunteer

Earn college credit while working for the ESA!  We are looking for an intern and/or volunteer to handle the ESA’s social media marketing division. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. experience is necessary.  Please email your cover letter and resume to centralhq@surfesa.org.

Sponsor Sales Position

This person is responsible for reaching out to possible ESA sponsors at the national and regional level. Applicant must be organized, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.  Sales experience necessary and surf industry knowledge a plus.  This is a commission-only position.  Please email your cover letter and resume to centralhq@surfesa.org.

ESA Local District Volunteers

Volunteers needed in every ESA local district.  Social media, marketing, website design, graphic design, event planning, set-up/break-down labor on the beach, judging, tabulating.  Contact your local ESA district director to volunteer at ESA events.  College credit may be earned and volunteer hours may be tracked if needed for personal and/or professional requirements.
